It's easy to offer competitive benefits
to our part-time employees.
Employees who work at least five hours per week are eligible for Supplemental Benefits and Voluntary Benefits. Supplemental Benefits include dental, vision, life, short- and long-term disability, and the Reimbursement Assistance Program (RAP). Voluntary Benefits include accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, as well as legal services and identity theft protection. 
New hires must enroll between their 30th and 60th day of employment. All eligible employees can enroll and make changes for the following year during annual open enrollment, which runs from November 15th to December 15th.
